Draft licence overview
These provisional terms apply to the Licensed-Facilitation Package. They are sample conditions and must be confirmed by The Success Institute before being relied on for purchases.
Licence period
The sample licence lasts for 12 months from the activation date stated in the purchaser’s confirmation.
Who may use the materials
The licence permits the purchasing organisation and its authorised facilitator(s) to use the licensed resources in approved training sessions within that organisation.
Permitted use
During the active licence term, authorised users may display, print or distribute materials to participants only to the extent expressly allowed in the package instructions. All copyright and branding notices must be retained.
Prohibited use
Materials must not be resold, publicly posted, sublicensed, shared with unrelated organisations or used to create competing commercial resources without written permission.
Expiry and renewal
This sample licence does not renew automatically. Before expiry, the purchaser may request a renewal. Renewal pricing and availability will be communicated separately and require the purchaser’s agreement.
After expiry
When the licence expires without renewal, new facilitated sessions and new distribution of licensed materials must stop. Any rights to retain previously supplied participant copies will be clarified in the final terms.
Ownership and termination
All intellectual property remains with its respective owner. Any termination rights, breach procedures and remedies will be specified in the final approved licence.
